For the first time EVER we are honoured to host a very unique, transformational experience for Canadians on West Coast Mainland Coast. It can be difficult to enjoy life when you are struggling with your mental health. That is why our founder, a former Paramedic, takes you on a beautiful healing journey that she went on and transformed her life.

Our retreat will be set in nature, the prefect place to heal. You can enjoy a nature walk in the old growth forest, and integrate near the ocean We will take a deep dive into the parts of you that feel stuck and are unable to move forward in your life. Using modalities that work together with Psilocybin Therapy, sound healing, shadow work and integration – we will gently guide you back to a place within of inner peace, joy and clarity.

With 7 years experience, a 5 star retreat experience track record and a 95% success rate in transformations – we guide you in a very safe, supportive and non judgemental way.

Guided by a former paramedic who has been featured in the docu-series Legacy Makers TV, sharing her success within this field. Arcadia Healing Sanctum has been affiliated with Imperial College of London for the last 4 years and is Psychiatrist recommended. Tara has walked the same path and rebuilt her life from burnout and breakdown, this retreat offers a space where the masks come off and the true healing begins.
