The Inner Journey Psilocybin Retreat, 4 Days & 3 Nights, Ottawa ON

My personal three-day retreat with Tara/Arcadia Healing Sanctum was tremendously enlightening and significantly lifechanging.

I experienced an acute awakening of my true and authentic self. I have finally been able to clearly understand and begin to deal with historical trauma and move forward with a healthy and healed soul.

I feel an incredible bond with Tara; her insight and facilitation of all of my experiences while in Tulum have not only broadened my spiritual beliefs but have given me a new outlook and lease on life. I feel alive and so optimistic as I continue to grow and "do the work" to lead a healthy and productive existence.

The magical medicine as well as the deep integration and activities provided by Tara essentially saved my life. The journey is not one that I will ever forget or ever not be grateful to have experienced.

When used under the guidance of Tara, along with surrendering and trusting the medicine, self-healing is inevitable. My mind has been fully opened, and I am staggeringly excited for all that is now on the horizon. I believe in ME again; and am filled with gratitude and love for what Tara has given me.

I did a 5-day psilocybin retreat in Tulum with Tara at the end of June. It was the most amazing experience, all that I had hoped for and more. What Tara and the medicine helped me see is absolutely life-changing. I could trust her with my innermost thoughts and feelings, and with her skill, compassion, and guidance, I worked through issues that had kept me from really living my life for many years. My daily "waking up and dreading the day" has disappeared. I feel calm and peaceful, and so much better about myself. I'm able to let go of negative thought patterns. I used marijuana daily for years for anxiety and depression, and since returning from Tulum, have no desire or need for it! I'm amazed! I now have new tools for coping.
